摘 要:采用共沉淀法分别制备含助剂MgO、Ga_(2)O_(3)、ZrO_(2)和CeO_(2)的CuO-ZnO-Al_(2)O_(3)甲醇合成催化剂,考察助剂对催化剂性能的影响,并采用XRD、TPR、SEM、TG-DTG、N_(2)低温吸附-脱附对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,助剂ZrO_(2)增加了催化剂的比表面积,改善活性组分Cu的分散度,促进了铜锌之间的相互协同作用,从而提高了催化剂的活性和热稳定性。在反应温度235℃、反应压力5 MPa、空速10000 h^(-1)、H_(2)与C体积比为4.0条件下,甲醇时空收率达1.54 g·(h·mL)^(-1),老化后甲醇时空收率达1.42 g·(h·mL)^(-1)。CuO-ZnO-Al_(2)O_(3) methanol synthesis catalysts containing MgO,Ga_(2)O_(3),ZrO_(2) or CeO_(2) as the promoters were prepared respectively by co-precipitation method.Effects of the promoters on catalytic performance of methanol synthesis catalysts were investigated.The structure and properties of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,TPR,SEM,TG-DTG and N_(2)-physisorption.The results indicated that addition of ZrO_(2) increased surface area,promoted dispersion of the active components,and enhanced interaction between Cu and ZnO.The catalyst promoted by ZrO_(2) showed the best catalytic activity and heat resistance among the catalysts.Methanol space time yield was 1.54 g·(h·mL)^(-1) for fresh catalysts,and 1.42 g·(h·mL)^(-1) after aging under a specific condition(T=235℃,GHSV=10000 h^(-1),P=5 MPa and V_(H_(2))∶V_(C)=4.0).
