摘  要:对比研究氢型丝光沸石以及对其通过水热处理、铜离子交换改性、吡啶吸附预处理等方法制备的丝光沸石催化剂,考察不同改性方法对二甲醚气相羰基化制乙酸甲酯反应行为的影响。结果表明,丝光沸石通过铜离子交换改性后,表面酸性位发生变化,形成更多的活性中心,同时催化剂的积炭形态发生转变,提高了羰基化反应的活性。吡啶吸附预处理改性后,催化剂的二甲醚羰基化活性和稳定性均显著提高;HMOR和ZSM-35混合后的催化剂稳定性好,寿命长。H-mordenite and that modified by hydrothermal treatment,copper ion exchange and pyridine adsorption pretreatment was compared,and effects of different modification methods on reaction behavior of dimethyl ether carbonylation to methyl acetate investigated.The results showed that mordenite modified by copper ion exchange leads to change in acid sites on the surface,forming more active centers.Meanwhile,transformation of carbon deposition occurred and enhanced its carbonylation activity.Activity and stability for dimethyl ether carbonylation increased significantly after pyridine adsorption pretreatment.The mixture of HMOR and ZSM-35 exhibited good stability and long service life.
