摘  要:基于痕量溶解氢含量测定的新型热力系统锅炉"四管"(省煤器管、水冷壁管、过热器管、再热器管)腐蚀与氧化在线监测系统首次应用在某电厂660MW超超临界直流锅炉水汽系统中。该电厂在原有AVT(O)给水处理的运行中引入给水加氧处理(OT),通过加氧处理前后给水、过热蒸汽和再热蒸汽取样点水汽指标的监测,验证了此系统对溶解氢含量进行在线实时监测的重要性,对"四管"腐蚀防护和电厂运行提出了指导性建议。A new type of thermal system boiler‘four-tube’(economizer tube,water wall tube,superheater tube,reheater tube)corrosion and oxidation online monitoring system based on the determination of trace dissolved hydrogen was first applied to the 660 MW supercritical once-through boiler water vapor system in Jiaozuo.The power plant introduced oxygen treatment(OT)of feed water in the original treatment AVT(O).Through the monitoring of water vapor indicators at sampling points of feed water,superheated steam and reheated steam before and after oxygen treatment,the importance of online real-time monitoring of dissolved hydrogen by this new system was verified,and‘four-tube’corrosion protection and guiding suggestions for plant operation were also put forward.
