摘　　要：加强东西部科技创新合作对于促进西部地区特别是欠发达地区提升科技创新能力具有重要作用,联合共建开放式创新平台是东西部科技创新合作的重要形式之一。上海交通大学(银川)材料产业研究院深耕宁夏地方产业,结合沪宁特点,建立全面开放的科技创新服务平台,建设完善的科技创新服务体系和组织架构,以开放、共享的姿态谋求科技创新合作的长远发展,为地方合作创新服务提供新思路、新方法和新动力。Strengthening the east-west scientific and technological(Sci.&Tech)innovation cooperation plays a key role in promoting the advancement of the Sci.&Tech innovation capabilities of the western region,especially the underdeveloped regions.Jointly building an open innovation platform is one of the important forms of the east-west Sci.&Tech innovation cooperation.Shanghai Jiaotong University Materials Industry Research Institute has cultivated local industries in Ningxia,combined with the characteristics of Shanghai and Ningxia,established a comprehensive and open Sci.&Tech innovation service platform with a perfect service system and organizational structure,and sought the long-term development of Sci.&Tech innovation cooperation with an open and shared attitude,to provide new ideas,methods and impetus for local cooperation and innovation services.
