摘 要:蔗糖煮炼设备具有多模态、多相流及多场耦合的特性,煮糖结晶设备设计方法可选不多。该文探讨了煮糖系统各物理场的特性及其对煮糖过程传热、传质和相变的影响机理。分析了煮糖过程多场协同作用的机制、规律以及多场耦合作用的有效协调方法,并将场协同理论和多学科设计优化方法有机结合起来,研究煮糖设备多场协同全局协调设计优化建模的方法和优化求解策略。结合小生境技术和遗传算法提出多场协同建模方法的求解策略,有效解决多场协同优化的多目标多峰值的求解问题。仿真分析和实验研究表明,优化设计算法有效改善了场协同程度,提高了煮糖罐热转换效率和对流循环。The sucrose boiling equipment has the characteristics of multi-mode,multi-phase flow and multi-field coupling.In this paper,the characteristics of each physical field in sugar cooking system and the mechanism of heat,mass transfer and phase transformation in sugar cooking process were discussed.The mechanism and Law of multi-field synergy in sugar cooking process and the effective coordination method of multi-field coupling are analyzed,and the theory of field synergy and multidisciplinary design optimization are organically combined,the modeling method and Optimal Solution Strategy of multi-field collaborative global coordination design for sugar-cooking equipment were studied.Combining niche technology and genetic algorithm,a multi-field collaborative modeling method is proposed to solve the multi-objective and multi-peak problem of multi-field collaborative optimization.The simulation and experimental results show that the optimized design algorithm can improve the field synergy,heat transfer efficiency and convection circulation.
