摘 要:为了深入研究旋翼机双速传动系统的非线性特性,采用集中参数法建立了时变啮合刚度、齿侧间隙和齿轮副综合啮合误差的双速行星齿轮传动系统的非线性动力学模型,通过引入相对啮合位移、无量纲时间尺寸和激励频率对非线性动力学模型进行了无量纲化处理,消除了系统的刚体位移。然后利用变步长四阶龙格库塔法对无量纲化微分方程组进行求解,获得低速档在档时,得到基于激励频率为变量的分叉图以及特定频率点的时域图、相图和庞加莱截面图,研究了系统在不同无量纲激励时所表现的非线性特性,结果发现系统存在着单周期响应、双周期响应以及多周期响应和混沌响应间的丰富转换关系。In order to in-depth study of the nonlinear characteristics of the two-speed transmission system of the rotorcraft,the lumped parameter method was used to establish the nonlinear dynamic model of the two-speed planetary gear transmission system considering the time-varying meshing stiffness,the tooth backlash and the comprehensive meshing error of the gear pair.Introducing the relative meshing displacement,dimensionless time size and excitation frequency,the nonlinear dynamic model is processed dimensionlessly,which eliminates the rigid body displacement of the system.Then use the variable step size fourth-order Runge-Kutta method to solve the dimensionless differential equations,and obtain the bifurcation diagram based on the excitation frequency as a variable when the low gear is in gear,and the time domain diagram and phase diagram of specific frequency points.With the Poincare cross-section diagram,the nonlinear characteristics of the system under different dimensionless excitations are studied,and it is found that the system has a rich conversion relationship between the single-period response,the double-period response,and the multi-period response and the chaotic response.
