摘 要:通过建立甘蔗收获机动力学模型,依据理论分析了甘蔗收获机各部件的质量、安装位置变化对切割系统振动的影响,同时考虑多种激励和多自由度的情况下建立了虚拟样机模型,通过多角度分析复杂激励中的三种激励源对切割系统振动的影响程度,发现路面激励是影响振动的主导因素。这对甘蔗收获机切割系统的减振,整机结构优化和提高切割质量有着重要的指导意义。With the goal of improving the rigidity of the cutter head of the second-generation sugarcane harvester of the research group,the excitation source and sugarcane damage mechanism are analyzed through theoretical calculations and experiments,and new vibration intensity and energy evaluation indicators are proposed,considering multiple excitations and multiple In the case of degrees of freedom,the dynamic model and virtual prototype model of the whole machine are established.Through multi-angle analysis of the contribution of the three excitation sources in the complex excitation to the vibration,the difference in the impact of different front wheel installation methods on the vibration is obtained.The influence law of the excitation source on the amplitude of the cutter head.It provides a theoretical basis for the vibration reduction and structural optimization of the cutter head of the sugarcane harvester.
