摘 要:量产车评估(PVE)测试是国六标准中新增的认证要求,作为轻型汽油车在国六排放法规中新增的OBD认证项目,因其验证故障难度高,故障码多而繁琐,且尚无统一测试规范,成为各汽车生产企业需面对的技术难题。以某车型的PVE测试为例,阐述了车辆OBD系统的线路故障、合理性故障、通讯故障、硬件故障这四种类型的诊断原理及故障模拟、验证方法,形成了一套快捷、高效验证规范。通过该验证规范,能显著降低企业在PVE测试中的人效成本。Mass production vehicle evaluation(PVE)test is a new certification requirement in the national six standards.As a new OBD certification project for light gasoline vehicles in the national six emission regulations,it has become a technical problem for automobile manufacturers because of its high difficulty in verifying faults,many fault codes and cumbersome,and there is no unified test specification.Taking the PVE test of a vehicle model as an example,this paper expounds the diagnosis principles,fault simulation and verification methods of four types of vehicle OBD system:line fault,rationality fault,communication fault and hardware fault,and forms a set of fast and efficient verification specifications.The validation specification can significantly reduce the human efficiency cost of enterprises in PvE testing.
