摘 要:通过把一个特定型号的升降机尺寸数据代入虚功和虚位移方程推导出液压缸活塞杆的最大推力,并对剪叉机构与液压缸接触点和上下端点的铰孔进行力学分析。再用MATLAB对剪叉液压升降机进行优化得到最优安装位置参数,降低了液压升降机的动力消耗。This work introduced the structure and operating characteristics of a twisted pair hydraulic elevator.The maximum thrust of hydraulic cylinder piston rod was calculated by substituting the dimension data of a specific model of the elevator into the virtual work and virtual displacement equations,and the mechanical analysis of the reaming at the contact point and the upper and lower ends of the shear fork mechanism and the hydraulic cylinder was carried out.At last,the structure of the shear fork hydraulic elevator was optimized according to the references calculated by MATLAB.Through this new algorithm,the installation position parameters of hydraulic cylinder are optimized and the maximum thrust of hydraulic elevator is reduced.
