摘  要:为了分离鉴定引起水貂出血性肺炎的大肠杆菌,并对其致病性、血清型和毒力基因进行鉴定。本研究主要通过细菌分离鉴定试验对具有典型肺炎症状的死亡水貂的病原体进行分离,利用16S rRNA对进行细菌鉴定,并通过PCR方法对分离细菌的血清型和毒力基因进行检测,分析分离菌对动物的致病性。结果显示:28例水貂肺炎病例中分离出8株大肠杆菌,分离率为26.6%;H血清型分析显示:8株大肠杆菌的H基因型分别为H5、H11、H16、H25,其中H11为主要基因型,比率为50%(4/8);共有4种大肠杆菌的主要毒力基因,分别是iutA、papC、irp2、fyuA,其中H11血清型菌株含有iutA、irp2和fyuA 3种主要毒力基因。通过本研究我们明确了引起水貂肺炎的大肠杆菌主要血清型为H11,主要的毒力基因为iutA、papC、irp2和fyuA。In order to isolate and identify Escherichia coli strains causing mink hemorrhagic pneumonia and to further study their pathogenicity,serotypes and virulence genes,tissue samples were collected from dead minks with typical pneumonia for bacterial isolation and identifi cation.As a result,8 Escherichia coli strains were isolated from 28 mink pneumonia cases.These 8 E.coli strains were identifi ed by 16S rRNA and PCR for testing their serotypes and virulence genes.The results showed that the H genotypes of these E.coli strains were H5,H11,H16 and H25,among which H11 was the main genotype accounting for 50%(4/8).There were 4 major virulence genes of E.coli including iutA,papC,irp2 and fyuA.Further testing revealed that H11 serotype strains contained 3 major virulence genes,iutA,irp2 and fyuA.The results from this study indicated that the main serotype of E.coli causing mink pneumonia was H11 and the main virulence genes were iutA,papC,irp2 and fyuA.
