摘 要:通过XPS研究了叔丁基苯甲羟肟酸(TBHA)和Pb(Ⅱ)的反应特性以及在黑钨矿表面的作用机理,进而考察了TBHA-Pb(Ⅱ)体系在黑钨矿活化浮选中的应用。结果表明,TBHA可以与Pb(Ⅱ)反应生成白色难水溶的螯合物并形成稳定的五元环螯合物。Pb(Ⅱ)和TBHA在黑钨矿表面的吸附方式主要是层层自组装的化学吸附。单矿物浮选试验结果表明,对于细粒黑钨矿(-20μm粒级占82.13%),TBHA的捕收能力强于经典的苯甲羟肟酸(BHA)。同时TBHA和Pb(Ⅱ)的添加方式对黑钨矿可浮性影响较大,pH=8时,采用先加入Pb(Ⅱ)(40 mg/L)后加入TBHA(120 mg/L)的方式,黑钨矿回收率可达61.56%,较无Pb(Ⅱ)活化浮选,其回收率提高了28.64个百分点。The mechanism of tert-butylbenzylhydroxamic acid(TBHA)reacted with Pb(Ⅱ)ion and their adsorption behavior on wolframite were studied by XPS.Furthermore,the application of TBHA-Pb(Ⅱ)in the activated flotation of wolframite was investigated through single mineral flotation test.The results show that TBHA can react with Pb(Ⅱ)to form a white insoluble chelate and a stable five-membered ring chelate.Pb(Ⅱ)and TBHA can be chemisorbed on wolframite in a layer-by-layer self-assembly form.Single-mineral flotation tests show that TBHA has higher collecting capacity than classic benzhydroxamic acid in treating fine wolframite with size of-20μm 82.13%.Besides,the adding method of TBHA and Pb(Ⅱ)ion can bring a greater impact to the wolframite floatability.After the pulp pH is adjusted to 8,Pb(Ⅱ)(40 mg/L)and TBHA(120 mg/L)are added sequentially,the wolframite recovery can attain 61.56%,28.64 percentage points higher than the activated flotation approach without Pb(Ⅱ).
