摘 要:对重庆某高硫高硅铝土矿进行了浮选试验研究。采用混合加药的方法,使用一粗两扫反浮选工艺流程,在磨矿细度-0.075 mm粒级占77.46%、矿浆pH值8.0、浮选矿浆浓度25%条件下,以水玻璃为抑制剂、季铵盐和丁基黄药为组合捕收剂、松醇油为起泡剂,可得到精矿氧化铝品位62.18%、硫含量0.11%、氧化铝回收率79.67%的优良指标。A flotation test was conducted with a high-sulfur and high-silica bauxite ore from Chongqing.In the test,a reverse flotation flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing and two stages of scavenging was adopted in combination with a mixed dosing regime.After the ore was ground to a fineness of-0.075 mm 77.46%and the pulp was adjusted to have a pH of 8.0 and concentration of 25%,with water glass as the depressant,quaternary ammonium salt and butyl xanthate as mixed collectors and terpineol oil as the frother,the flotation test produced a concentrate grading 62.18%Al,0.11%S,with Al recovery of 79.67%.
