摘  要:研究了退火温度及冷轧压下量对低碳铝镇静钢退火织构的影响。结果表明,在退火温度700℃、压下量70%时,γ织构明显增强;但压下率进一步增加,γ纤维织构反而减弱,并出现了较强的旋转立方织构。压下量70%和75%时,有利于深冲性能的{111}<110>织构和{112}<110>织构较强,而对冲压性能不利的旋转立方织构{100}<011>和高斯织构{011}<100>较少。压下量70%、退火温度700℃时,γ纤维织构大幅增强,冲压性能较好。The effects of different annealing temperature and cold rolling reduction on the annealing texture of low carbon Al-killed steel were studied.The results show that rolling by 70%reduction and annealing at 700℃can obviously enhance theγfiber texture.But as the reduction rate further increases,theγfiber texture becomes weakened and the rotated cubic texture becomes stronger.It is found that rolling by 70%and 75%reduction,the textures of{111}<110>and{112}<110>that are beneficial to the deep drawing become stronger,but there′s less rotated cubic texture{100}<011>and Gauss texture{011}<100>that are unfavorable to the stamping property.It is concluded that annealing at 700℃and rolling by 70%reduction,γfiber texture is greatly enhanced and the stamping property is also improved.
