摘  要:目的探讨不同程度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者血浆神经肽Y(NPY)和β内啡肽(β-EP)水平的差异。方法将接受多导睡眠仪监测的打鼾患者根据呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)分为轻度、中度、重度OSAS组和非OSAS组,每组纳入12例。使用酶联免疫法测定所有研究对象的血浆NPY和β-EP水平。结果各组研究对象的体重指数(BMI)差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);AHI与BMI成正相关(Spearman系数为0.510)。各组血浆NPY水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且4组之间NPY水平两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各组血浆β-EP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),4组之间β-EP水平两两比较,非OSAS组与中度及重度OSAS组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论OSAS患者血浆NPY及β-EP水平高于非OSAS患者,NPY和β-EP可能参与了OSAS的发生发展。Objective The pathogenesis and potential risk factors of OSAS remain ambiguous.Current evidences showed thatβ-endorphin(β-EP),neuropeptide Y(NPY),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),and ghrelin may be involved in the development of OSAS.This study aimed to explore the correlation of plasma levels ofβ-EP and NPY with the severity of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods According to their apnea hyponea indexes(AHIs),a total of 48 snorers monitored by polysomnography(PSG)were assigned into mild,moderate,and severe OSAS and non-OSAS group,with 12 cases in each group.Plasma levels ofβ-EP and NPY were measured by ELISA.In addition,their correlation with the severity of OSAS was analyzed.Results A significant difference in the body mass index(BMI)was observed among the four groups(P<0.01).AHI was positively associated with BMI(Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient=0.510).The plasma level ofβ-EP was different among the four groups,and significantly higher in moderate and severe OSAS groups than in non-OSAS group(P=0.003 and P=0.032,respectively).Besides,the plasma NPY level was statistically different among the four groups(P<0.01),and significantly higher in mild,moderate,and severe OSAS groups than in non-OSAS group(all P<0.01).The plasma level of NPY increased with the severity of OSAS,meanwhile showing obvious between-group difference(P<0.01).Conclusions Plasma levels ofβ-EP and NPY are correlated with the severity of OSAS.β-EP and NPY may be involved in the development of OSAS.
