摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病患者电子健康素养现状,并对其影响因素进行分析,为改善该群体的电子健康素养提供理论依据。方法通过横断面研究方法,使用便利抽样法,选取2020年11月—2021年4月在江苏省中医院内分泌科住院的患者220例,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表和电子健康素养量表(the eHealth literacy scale,eHEALS)对患者进行问卷调查。采用多重逐步线性回归分析法分析老年糖尿病患者电子健康素养影响因素。结果共214例患者完成研究。老年糖尿病患者电子健康素养总分中位数20分,四分位数14~23分,处于低分水平;多因素分析结果显示,网络使用频率低、高龄、病程较长是电子健康素养水平的危险因素,与子女共同居住为保护因素(均P<0.05),共同解释了电子素养水平的36.5%。结论在电子健康技术对慢性病管理逐渐普及的形式下,医护人员需要重视老年糖尿病患者的电子健康素养,并结合年龄、病程、网络使用频率、居住状态等因素,进行综合性干预,以改变其电子健康素养水平偏低的状况。Objective To explore the current situation of eHealth literacy in elderly patients with diabetes and analyse the influencing factors,hence to provide a theoretical basis for improving the eHealth literacy for the elderly patients with diabetes.Methods A cross-sectional study and convenience sampling method were used to enrol 220 patients who were hospitalised in the Department of Endocrinology of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to April 2021.A self-designed general information questionnaire and the eHealth Literacy Scale(eHEALS)were used for the investigation.The influencing factors of eHealth literacy in elderly diabetic patients were analysed by Multiple linear regression analysis.Results A total of 214 patients completed the study.The median total score of eHealth literacy in elderly diabetic patients was 20,and the quartile was 14-23,which was at a low level.The results of multivariate analysis showed that low frequency of Internet use,old age and long course of disease were the risk factors of ehealth literacy level,and living with children was the protective factor(all P<0.05),which jointly explained 36.5%of ehealth literacy level.Conclusions In the form of the gradual popularization of electronic health technology for chronic disease management,medical staff should pay attention to the ehealth literacy of the elderly patients with diabetes,and combine targeted factors such as age,course of disease,frequency of network use,and and living status to carry out comprehensive intervention to change the low level of their electronic health literacy.
