摘  要:目的构建住院患者陪护人员管理信息系统,对陪护人员进行快捷、有效、智能、精准的管理。方法成立研发团队,构建包括陪护人员手机应用程序操作平台和护士管理平台的住院患者陪护人员管理信息系统,实现陪护人员在线申请电子陪护证和出入病区管控,护士在线进行陪护证审批、外出人员查询和陪护信息分析,经院内试点后进行院推广应用。比较系统应用前后陪护人员申请陪护证时间及护士审批时间;陪护人员外出及陪护证使用情况和系统应用后陪护人员和护士满意情况。结果系统应用后陪护人员申请陪护证时间为(3.3±0.8)min,系统应用前为(7.1±2.3)min,系统应用前后比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-66.34,P<0.001)。系统应用后护士审批陪护证时间为(5.7±1.2)min,系统应用前为(7.8±2.5)min,系统应用前后比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-33.97,P<0.001)。系统应用后日均每例陪护人员外出(2.1±0.8)次,系统应用前日均每例陪护人员外出(3.2±1.0)次,系统应用前后比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-39.71,P<0.001)。系统应用前有17例陪护冒用陪护证,系统应用后无此类情况发生。陪护人员对使用电子陪护证满意度为28.5分(满分30分),护士满意度为29.4分(满分30分)。结论住院患者陪护人员管理信息系统能够减少陪护人员申请电子陪护证时间和护士审批时间,杜绝冒用陪护证现象,减少护理人员的工作负担,提高患者和陪护人员的满意度。Objective To establish aninformatics management system forintellectual,effective and accurate management of theinpatient accompanying personnel.Methods A research group was made to develop aninpatient accompanying personnel management system including an mobile phone App for the accompanying personnel and a management platform for nurse to enable the online application for and approval of an electric access card for the accompanying personnel and online checking and analysing the on-site and off-site status of the inpatient accompanying personnel by the duty nurses.The inpatient accompanying personnel management system was put in servicein the whole hospital,after a trial.The time for application of an access pass,time for approval,the use of access card and the degrees of user satisfaction were compared between before and after the implement of the system.Results Accompanying personnel applied for the access cards.With the system,the application time was significantly shorter than what was before(3.3±0.8 vs.7.1±2.3,t=-66.34,P<0.001)together with asignificantly shorter approval time(5.7±1.2 vs.7.8±2.5,t=-33.97,P<0.001).The number of daily off-site of accompanying personnel was significantly less than that before(2.1±0.8 vs.3.2±1.0,t=-39.71,P<0.001).Before implementation of the system,17 accompanying personnelfraudulently used the access cards.After the implementation of the system,no singleevent of fraudulent use of the access card was found.The score of user satisfaction of both accompanying personnel and nurses was 28.5 and 29.4,respectively.Conclusions The inpatient accompanying personnel management system cuts short the time for the application of an access cardby an accompanying personnel,the time for nurses to verify and approve the applications.Meanwhile,it prevents the fraudulent use of the access card,reduces the workload of nurses.Overall,it improves the user satisfaction.
