摘  要:气体分馏装置是大型炼化炼厂中一个十分重要的装置,装置主要利用液化气中各组分挥发度的不同,将液化气混合组分进行精馏分隔,得到高纯度丙烯、丙烷以及轻重碳四。湿式空冷器作为气分装置各塔顶气相冷凝冷却的重要设备,其作用十分关键。自四川石化装置实际开工运行以来,空冷效果成为了装置运行的关键,也是装置运行中凸显出来的最重要的一个问题。经过对实际情况深入分析,对问题进行一系列的研讨探索,并采取技改技措,基本实现了湿式空冷器在气分装置中应有的效果,也保证了气体分馏装置的安全平稳高效运行。The gas fractionation device is a very important device in a large-scale ref inery.The device mainly uses the difference in the volatility of each component in the liquefied gas to rectify and separate the mixed components of the liquefied gas to obtain high-purity propylene,propane and Light and heavy C4.As an important equipment for gas phase condensation and cooling at the top of each tower of the gas separation device,the wet air cooler plays a very critical role.Since the Sichuan Petrochemical plant actually started operation,the air cooling effect has become the key to the operation of the plant,and it is also the most important issue that has emerged during the operation of the plant.After actual in-depth analysis of actual problems,a series of discussions and explorations and technical improvements were carried out corresponding to the problems,which basically realized the expected effect of the wet air cooler in the gas separation device,and also ensured the safe,stable and eff icient operation of the gas fractionation device.
