英格索兰空气压缩机频繁跳车原因探析

摘　　要：空气压缩机是中国工业领域、石油化工领域的重要生产设备,但在使用过程中,空气压缩机常存在跳车问题。为此,文章以某石油化工企业为例,根据该企业使用的英格索兰空气压缩机的相关数据分析致使其存在跳车问题的主要原因,并提出相关解决措施,从而解决空气压缩机频繁跳车问题。Air compressor is an important production equipment in China’s industrial and petrochemical fields,but the air compressor often has the problem of tripping in the process of use.Therefore,the article in a petrochemical enterprise as an example,according to the relevant data of the Ingersolan air compressor used by the enterprise,analyze the main reasons for of jump problem,and put forward relevant solutions to solve the problem of frequent jump of air compressor.
