摘　　要：文章简要介绍了氟虫酰胺的合成路线,氟虫酰胺是由3-碘邻苯二甲酸酐、2-甲基-1-甲硫基-2-丙胺、4-七氟异丙基邻甲苯胺这三个中间体合成的。详细介绍了3-碘邻苯二甲酸酐的合成方法,以邻苯二甲酸酐为原料,经过硝化、还原、碘代、脱水合成得到,HPLC含量为98.54%,产品经质谱和熔点验证为目标产品。该路线低成本,产品产率高、纯度高,且操作简单,适于工业化生产。The synthetic route of flubendiamide was briefly introduced in this paper.Flubendiamide was synthesized from three intermediates:3-iodo phthalic anhydride,2-methyl-1-methylthio-2-propylamine and 4-heptafluoroisopropyl o-toluidine.The synthetic method of 3-iodo phthalic anhydride was introduced in detail.Phthalic anhydride was synthesized from Phthalic Anhydride by nitration,reduction,iodization and dehydration.The content of HPLC was 98.54%.The product was verified by mass spectrometry and melting point as the target product.The process of low-cost,high yield,high purity had simple operation,which is suitable for industrial production.
