摘 要:轻烃芳构化装置吸收塔中段回流泵,在装置低负荷工况运行过程中由于设计流量过大,实际运行流量虽在允许工作区间,但距优先工作区域较远。长期在此种工况下不仅增加了能耗,同时也不利于机泵的长周期运行。文章从节能降耗的角度出发,介绍了如何选择更好的改造方式,通过改变机泵叶轮直径降低额定流量及扬程,从而达到节能降耗、使机泵尽量在最优工作区域运行的目的。The reflux pump in the middle section of absorption tower of light hydrocarbon aromatization unit is far away from the priority working area although the actual operating flow is in the allowable working range due to the large design flow during the operation of the unit under low load condition.In this condition for a long time,it not only increases energy consumption,but also is not conducive to the long cycle operation of the pump.This paper mainly introduces how to choose a better way of transformation from the angle of energy saving and consumption reduction.By changing the impeller diameter of the pump to reduce the rated flow and head,the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved and the pump can operate in the optimal working area as far as possible.
