摘 要:TC4合金具有比强度高、生物相容性好等一系列优点,但TC4合金也存在硬度较低、耐磨性较差等缺点,激光熔覆表面改性技术通过在TC4基体上熔覆不同材料能够有效地解决这些问题。本文综述了TC4合金表面常用激光熔覆材料体系的国内外研究进展状况,介绍了熔覆材料主要的工艺特点,归纳了影响TC4表面激光熔覆层成形质量的工艺参数:激光功率、激光扫描速度、熔覆层数、搭接率、送粉方式等,总结了TC4合金表面激光熔覆材料研究现状所存在的问题,展望了今后的发展方向。The defect of TC4 alloy such as low hardness and poor wear resistance limit its applications in many areas although it has a series of advantages such as high specific strength and better biocompatibility,and is widely used in aerospace and bioengineering fields.Laser cladding surface modification technology is capable of solving problems above by cladding different materials on TC4 alloy substrates effectively.Progress in research of laser cladding powder material system on TC4 alloy surface is reviewed in this article,including metal dust,ceramic powder,metal-ceramic composite powder and other cladding powder materials systems.The primary characteristics of cladding materials process are introduced.The process parameters which affect layer quality of TC4 surface are summarized including laser power,scanning speed,the quantity of layer,overlap rate and the method of feeding powder,et al.The issues of TC4 alloy laser cladding materials are analyzed,and the future development is also prospected.
