摘 要:通过调整化学镀工艺,在纯铝基体上制备不同金刚石含量的镍-磷-金刚石(Ni-P-D)复合镀层,研究Ni-P-D复合镀层中金刚石的含量对镀层组织结构、形貌、硬度和摩擦磨损性能的影响,并根据镀层的摩擦磨损行为,分析Ni-P-D复合镀层耐磨性提高的原因,优化Ni-P-D复合镀层的制备方法。研究结果表明,采用聚乙二醇和硅酸钠分别作为分散剂和表面活性剂,并在镀液中添加0.2g/L的金刚石时,镀层上的金刚石分布较为均匀,得到的Ni-P-D镀层硬度值可达到769.52HV。在摩擦磨损实验中,优化工艺下获得的Ni-P-D镀层具有最低的摩擦系数(0.01)、磨损量(0.015g)和磨痕深度(4μm),因此具有较好的耐磨性。Ni-P-diamond(Ni-P-D)composite coatings were prepared on pure aluminum substrate by adjusting the chemical plating process.The influence of Ni-P-D diamond content on the structure,morphology,hardness,friction and wear performance of the composite coatings was also studied.Furthermore,according to the friction and wear behavior of Ni-P-D composite coatings,the enhanced wear resistance was analyzed;and the preparation method of Ni-P-D composite coating with good wear resistance was optimized.The results show that when polyethylene glycol and sodium silicate were used as dispersant and surfactant,and diamond content in the plating solution was 0.2 g/L,the distribution of diamond in coatings was uniform,and the hardness value of Ni-P-D coating could reach 769.52 HV.Moreover,in the friction and wear experiments,the Ni-P-D coating obtained under the optimized process has the lowest friction coefficient(0.01),wear amount(0.015 g)and wear mark depth(4μm),which suggests a good wear resistance.
