摘 要:为探索实际生产过程中液固流化床粗煤泥分选行为,采用自行设计的液固流化床,在浓相床层条件下,进行了连续分选试验,考察了床层质量浓度与上升水速对液固流化床分选行为的影响规律。结果表明:液固流化床连续分选条件下,较高的床层质量浓度与较低的上升水速相结合,形成浓相床层,有利于提高悬浮液密度,显著提升分选效果;床层质量浓度在33.00%~36.50%条件下,上升水速为8.50~12.50 mm/s时,均可以实现1.00~0.25 mm粗煤泥的有效分选,可能偏差E值介于0.119~0.140 g/cm^(3)之间;在床层质量浓度35.56%、上升水速10.50 mm/s条件下,精煤产率72.91%,可能偏差E值0.119 g/cm^(3)。In order to explore the separation behavior of coarse coal slime in the actual production process,a self-designed liquid-solid fluidized bed was used to carry out continuous separation experiments under the condition of dense-phase bed.The effects of bed mass concentration and upflow water velocity on the separation behavior of liquid-solid fluidized bed were investigated.The results show that:under the condition of continuous separation in liquid-solid fluidized bed,the combination of higher bed mass concentration and lower upflow water velocity forms a dense-phase bed,which is beneficial to increase the density of suspension and significantly improve the separation effect.When the bed mass concentration is 33.00%~36.50%and the upflow water velocity is 8.50~12.50 mm/s,the effective separation of 1.00~0.25 mm coal slime can be achieved,and the possible deviation E value is between 0.119~0.140 g/cm^(3).Under the condition of bed mass concentration 35.56%and upflow water velocity 10.50 mm/s,the cleaned coal yield is 72.91%,and the possible deviation E value is 0.119 g/cm^(3).
