摘  要:在Finemet合金FeSiNbBCu系列的基础上,设计了Fe_(75.9)Cu_(1)Si_(13)B_(8)Nb_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)Dy_(0.1)合金铁芯,用于研究铁芯的软磁性能。结果表明:Fe_(75.9)Cu_(1)Si_(13)B_(8)Nb_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)Dy_(0.1)的工业化非晶合金带材在铸态下为完全的非晶态结构,真空退火后在非晶基体上析出了α-Fe纳米晶相。Fe_(75.9)Cu_(1)Si_(13)B_(8)Nb_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)Dy_(0.1)合金的ΔT_(x)很大(192 K),具有良好的热稳定性,可以更好地调控纳米晶组织。对材料施加横向磁场热处理,可以大幅度提高材料的有效磁导率(μe)、降低磁性损耗(P_(s)),这一变化对于薄的条带更为显著。Fe_(75.9)Cu_(1)Si_(13)B_(8)Nb_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)Dy_(0.1)合金的最佳热处理工艺:施加0.10 T的横向磁场,在833 K下保温30 min,最佳饱和磁感应强度(B_(s))为1.39 T,矫顽力(H_(c))为4.6 A/m,μ_(e)=2.5×10^(4)(1 kHz)、1.52×10^(4)(100 kHz)。随着电子元器件的高频化和小型化发展,该材料具有潜在的应用价值。The Fe_(75.9)Cu_(1)Si_(13)B_(8)Nb_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)Dy_(0.1)alloy iron core is designed on the basis of the Finemet alloy FeSiNbBCu series to study the soft magnetic properties of the core.The results show that the commercial amorphous alloy ribbons Fe_(75.9)Cu_(1)Si_(13)B_(8)Nb_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)Dy_(0.1)has complete amorphous structure in as-cast state and theα-Fe nanocrystalline phase precipitates on the amorphous matrix after vacuum annealing.The Fe_(75.9)Cu_(1)Si_(13)B_(8)Nb_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)Dy_(0.1)alloy has highΔT_(x) value(192 K)and good thermal stability,which can better control the formation of nanocrystalline structure.The transverse magnetic field annealing can greatly increase theμe of the material and reduce the P_(s),which is more significant for the ribbons.The optimum annealing process of the Fe_(75.9)Cu_(1)Si_(13)B_(8)Nb_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)Dy_(0.1)alloy is that the transverse magnetic field of 0.10 T is applied and the temperature is kept at 833 K for 30 min.And the best saturation magnetic induction(B_(s))is 1.39 T,for Hc is 4.6 A/m,μ_(e)=2.5×10^(4)(1 kHz)and 1.52×10^(4)(100 kHz).This material has potential application value considering the tendency of electronic component manufacture towards high frequency and miniaturization.
