摘 要:为避免因导轨承载力及刚度不足造成超精密机床加工精度不合格,建立闭式静压气浮导轨仿真模型,利用Fluent采用动态网格的动态仿真计算方法对气浮导轨承载力及刚度进行接近于实际的精确仿真计算,并结合简单孔式节流理论验证动态仿真计算的正确性。结论显示:动态网格计算结果与简单孔式节流原理相符;导轨负重50 kg时其承载力大于负重30 kg时的;在0.016 mm≤h_(0)≤0.02 mm范围内,导轨刚度与承载力值均与d 1的值呈正相关;在0.016 mm≤h_(0)≤0.022 mm范围内,闭式气浮导轨承载力值与h_(1)的值呈正相关,刚度则反之;在0.016 mm≤h_(0)≤0.026 mm范围内,导轨承载力的值与d值呈正相关,而刚度的最大值则随d值增大而变小;受h_(2)值影响较小的性能有导轨的刚度值、偏心量值与承载力值。In order to avoid the unqualified machining precision caused by the insufficient bearing capacity and rigidity of the guide rail,the simulation model of the closed aerostatic guide rail is established in this paper.Using the dynamic grid simulation method of Fluent,the bearing capacity and stiffness of the air-bearing guideway are accurately simulated,and the correctness of the dynamic simulation calculation is verified by the simple orifice throttle theory.The results show that the dynamic simulation results of Fluent accord with the simple orifice throttling theory;the bearing capacity of 50 kg guideway is greater than that of 30 kg;the rigidity and bearing capacity of guideway are positively correlated with the value of d1 in the range of 0.016 mm≤h_(0)≤0.02 mm;in the range of 0.016 mm≤h_(0)≤0.022 mm,the bearing capacity of the closed air-bearing guideway is positively correlated with the value of h_(1),but negatively correlated with the value of stiffness;while in the range of 0.016 mm≤h_(0)≤0.026 mm,the bearing capacity of the closed air-bearing guideway is positively correlated with the value of d,and the maximum value of stiffness decreases with the increase of d value;the influence of h_(2)on the stiffness,eccentricity and bearing capacity of the guide rail is negligible.
