摘 要:为了研究搅拌机搅拌速度对沥青混合料搅拌均匀性的影响,通过相似原理建立实验用双卧轴搅拌机模型,采用EDEM离散元仿真分析软件,设置三种搅拌叶片线速度,对三种搅拌速度下沥青混合料均匀度的变化进行研究。结果表明:搅拌叶片线速度为1 m/s(69 r/min)时搅拌均匀度最好,搅拌叶片线速度为0.8 m/s(55 r/min)对大粒径混合料的搅拌效果较好,搅拌叶片线速度为1.2 m/s(82 r/min)时,搅拌效果最差。In order to study the influence of mixer mixing speed on asphalt mixture mixing uniformity,the experimental double horizontal shaft mixer model is established based on the similarity principle.Three kinds of mixing blade linear speeds are set by using the EDEM discrete element simulation analysis software,and the change of asphalt mixture uniformity under three mixing speeds is studied.The results show that the mixing uniformity is the best when the linear speed of mixing blade is 1m/s(69r/min),the mixing effect of large particle size mixture is better when the linear speed of mixing blade is 0.8m/s(55r/min),and the mixing effect is the worst when the linear speed of mixing blade is 1.2m/s(82r/min).
