摘 要:针对导电密封环的设计需求,通过对密封环缩比件进行结构方案、弹性元件补偿能力、密封环导电性能、金属焊接波纹管制作、密封端面加工技术的分析研究及试验,解决了大尺寸导电柔性密封环的密封结构设计、弹性元件制作、密封环研制等关键技术,试验结果表明,密封环缩比件在环境试验条件下满足高可靠、导电性、柔性、密封性等要求,并在此基础上成功研制出等尺寸导电柔性密封环。Aiming at the design requirements of conductive sealing ring,the key technologies of the large size conductive flexible sealing ring such as the sealing structure design,the elastic components production,and the sealing ring development are solved through analysis research and experiments for the sealing ring shrinkage parts on aspects of the structural scheme,compensation capability of elastic element,electric conductivity of sealing ring,the metal welded corrugated pipe making,and the sealing end face processing technology,etc.The results show that the sealing ring shrinkage parts meet the requirements of high reliability,electrical conductivity,flexibility and sealing under the environmental test conditions;on this basis,the equivalent size conductive flexible sealing ring is successfully developed.
