摘 要:三峡升船机升降系统中采用大模数齿轮齿条驱动,齿条材料为40CrMo,长期使用后常在轮齿表明萌生裂纹或疲劳点蚀,严重影响齿轮齿条工作寿命,采用等离子焊接技术对齿条表面裂纹、点蚀等缺陷进行修复。该文采用有限元法模拟等离子焊接技术修复齿条表面缺陷的过程。研究了预热温度、扫描速度等工艺参数对工件焊接应力场的影响,得出采用等离子焊接技术修复齿条工件的最佳理论修复工艺参数。The lifting system of the Three Gorges ship lift is driven by large modulus gear rack,and the rack material is 40CrMo.After long-term use,cracks or fatigue pitting corrosion often appear on the gear teeth,which seriously affects the working life of the gear rack.The Plasma welding technology is used to repair the defects such as cracks and pitting corrosion on the surface of the rack.In this paper,the finite element method is used to simulate the process of repairing rack surface defects by the Plasma welding technology.The effects of preheating temperature,scanning speed and other process parameters on the welding stress field of the workpieces are studied,and the best theoretical repair process parameters for repairing the rack workpieces by Plasma welding technology are obtained.
