摘  要:以某升压式涡轮为研究对象,使用对数衰减率法判断转子结构稳定性设计的合理性。首先在SolidWorks中建立了转子结构的三维模型;其次使用ANSYS Workbench对其稳定性仿真分析,生成坎贝尔图,表明转子的工作转速低于临界转速,处于稳定运行区间;最后对其设计裕度进行计算,结果表明转子的工作转速裕度足够。通过仿真分析,证明该转子稳定性设计合理。A turbo-boost turbine is taken as the research object and the log-decay rate method is used to determine the rationality of the structural stability design of the rotor.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the rotor structure is established in Solid Works.Secondly,the stability simulation analysis of the rotor is carried out with ANSYS Workbench,and the Campbell diagram is generated,indicating that the working speed of the rotor is lower than the critical speed and in the stable operation interval.Finally,the design margin of the rotor is calculated,and the results show that the working speed margin of the rotor is sufficient.Through the simulation analysis,the design of the rotor stability is proved to be reasonable.
