摘　　要：玻璃幕墙清洗目前存在成本高风险大的难题。提出一种矮层自动清洗装置设计方案,基于清洗流程分析的基础上,对总体结构进行了设计,介绍其清洗移动装置、清洗液输送装置、清洗滚刷装置、清洗液回收系统组成及原理,通过对支撑立柱强度的计算,选用材料为Q235、规格为φ40×3的钢管,强度测试完全能够满足要求,为矮层玻璃幕墙清洗装置设计提供了可借鉴的参考思路。Based on the needs of automatic cleaning of glass curtain wall,a low floor automatic cleaning device is designed in this paper.Based on analysis of the cleaning process,the overall structure is designed;it is composed of cleaning mobile device,cleaning fluid conveying device,cleaning roller brush device and cleaning fluid recovery system.Through calculation of the strength of supporting column,the selected material is Q235 and the specification is φ40×3 steel pipe can fully meet the requirements,which provides a reference idea for design of the cleaning device for low rise glass curtain wall.
