摘 要:针对页岩气钻井带油岩屑处理量大、含油量高且油基泥浆不能回收的技术难题,设计了带油岩屑随钻预处理装置。岩屑甩干机将岩屑表面的油基泥浆分离,岩屑含油量从20%降低至5%以下。分离出的油基钻井液进入高速离心机,将钻井液中的微粒有害固相分离,输出油基钻井液可直接返回泥浆罐重复利用。通过优化甩干机筛蓝缝隙尺寸、优化高速离心机转速及处理程序,保障了带油岩屑随钻预处理装置持续运行,预处理装置在红页1试验井组运行效果良好,处理岩屑124 t,回收油基钻井液31.35 m^(3),固废处理量降低15.21%。In view of the technical problems of large oil chip treatment,high oil content and oil-based mud can not recovery in the shale gas drilling belt,a pretreatment device for cuttings with oil while drilling is designed in this paper.The cuttings dryer separates the oil-based mud on the surface of cuttings,and the oil content of cuttings is reduced from 20%to less than 5%.The separated oil-based drilling fluid enters into the high-speed centrifuge to separate the harmful particles in the drilling fluid;and the output oil-based mud can be directly returned to the mud tank for reuse.By optimizing the screen size of the dryer,the speed and treatment procedure of the high-speed centrifuge,continuous operation of the drilling while drilling pretreatment device with oil is ensured.The pretreatment device has a good operation effect in Hongye 1 test well site,with 124t rock cuttings treated,31.35m^(3) oil-based drilling fluid recovered and 15.21%solid waste treatment reduced.
