摘  要:为验证某型电动物流运输车车架强度是否满足性能要求,以该车架结构为研究对象,建立有限元模型,对垂直、左转向、右转向三种工况下的车架进行强度分析,得到三种工况下的应力分布云图,从而了解该车架的应力分布情况。结果表明:车架在垂直工况下满足性能要求,左转向和右转向工况下最大应力大于材料屈服强度,不符合性能要求。结合应力云图进一步对车架薄弱处进行优化,以保证其具有足够的强度。为此类车架的强度分析设计和优化提供了解决方法,具有一定的工程参考意义。In order to verify whether the frame strength of an electric logistics transport vehicle meets the performance requirements,taking the frame structure as the research object,its finite element model is established to analyze the strength of the frame under three working conditions:vertical,left steering and right steering;and the stress distribution nephogram under three working conditions could be obtained to understand the stress distribution of the frame.The results show that the frame meets the performance requirements under vertical conditions,while the maximum stress under left and right steering conditions is greater than the material yield strength,which does not meet the performance requirements.Combined with the stress nephogram,the weak parts of the frame are further optimized to ensure sufficient strength.It provides a solution for the strength analysis,design and optimization of such frames,and it has certain engineering reference significance.
