摘  要:利用锥形量热仪对硬质聚氨酯泡沫(RPUF)的燃烧特性进行了研究。通过对RPUF燃烧过程中的热释放速率、热释放总量、烟生成速率和总产烟量等进行系统性测试,讨论了聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇以及异氰酸酯指数(R值)对RPUF热危险性和烟气危险性的影响。结果表明,聚酯多元醇替代聚醚多元醇制备的RPUF燃烧过程中的热释放速率、热释放总量、烟生成速率和总产烟量得到大幅降低;同时,提高R值对降低火灾危险性也有一定贡献。The cone calorimeter was used to study the combustion characteristics of rigid polyurethane foam(RPUF).The effects of polyether polyol,polyester polyol and R value on heat and gas hazards were discussed by systematically testing the heat release rate,total heat release,smoke production rate and total smoke production rate during the combustion process of polyurethane foam.The results showed that the HRR,THR,SPR and TSPR during the combustion process of RPUF prepared by replacing polyether polyol with polyester polyol were greatly reduced.Meanwhile,increasing the R value of polyurethane foam were helpful to reduce the fire hazard.
