摘 要:以碱木素、双氧水、乙烯基磺酸钠、丙烯酸钠为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,在水相介质中进行聚合反应,合成了一种水煤浆添加剂,并将其应用于制备水煤浆。以水煤浆黏度、浓度、稳定性为主要考核指标,讨论了各原料的配比以及反应体系的温度等因素对水煤浆添加剂性能的影响。结果表明:当碱木素用量为1000 g,pH值为10,双氧水用量为12 g、乙烯基磺酸钠用量为90 g、丙烯酸钠用量为130 g,过硫酸铵的用量为5 g,制备出的水煤浆添加剂性能最佳。In this paper,a coal water slurry additive was synthesized by polymerization in aqueous medium with alkali lignin,hydrogen peroxide,sodium vinyl sulfonate and sodium acrylate as raw materials and ammonium persulfate as initiator.Taking the viscosity,concentration and stability of coal water slurry as the main evaluation indexes,the effects of the ratio of raw materials and the temperature of the reaction system on the properties of coal water slurry additives were discussed.The results show that when the dosage of alkali lignin is 1000 g,the pH value is 10,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide is 12 g,the dosage of sodium vinyl sulfonate is 90 g,the dosage of sodium acrylate is 130 g and the dosage of ammonium persulfate is 5 g,the performance of the prepared coal water slurry additive is the best.
