摘　　要：凝胶注模成型法因可生产准净近尺寸、形状复杂的大尺寸陶瓷制品,且成型后的生坯具有整体均匀性好、缺陷少、强度高等优点被广泛应用于多孔陶瓷的制备。本文在阐述凝胶注模成型技术基本原理和工艺过程的基础上,重点综述了凝胶注模成型法制备多孔陶瓷的研究进展,最后就多孔陶瓷的制备及研究现状,分析凝胶注模成型法制备多孔陶瓷所存在的问题及其研究发展方向。Gel-casting process has been widely used in the preparation of porous ceramic because it can produce large size ceramic products with quasi-net near size and complex shape,while the formed green billet has the advantages of good uniformity,fewer defects and high strength.The basic principle and technological process of the gel-casting forming technology was introduced in this paper,and summarized the research progress of the preparation of porous ceramic by the gel-casting process.Finally,the gel-casting process and the research development direction was analyzed about the existing problems of the preparation and research status of the porous ceramic.
