摘　　要：使用高效液相色谱分析法,以乙腈+pH值为3~4的磷酸水溶液作为流动相,使用Venusil MP C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为填料的不锈钢色谱柱以及二极管阵列检测器,在254 nm波长下对试样中的甲酰氨基嘧磺隆进行含量测定。结果表明该检测方法中甲酰氨基嘧磺隆的线性相关系数0.9982;标准偏差0.03;变异系数0.37;平均回收率99.68%。A method for determination of foramsulfuron in samples by HPLC with acetonitrile and phosphoric acid aqueous solution with pH 3~4 as mobile phase,Venusil MP C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column and diode array detector at 254 nm wavelength was developed.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of foramsulfuron was 0.9982,the standard deviation was 0.03,the coefficient of variation was 0.37,the average recovery was 99.68%.
