摘 要:针对物理化学实验-《偶极矩的测定》中废液量多、重现性差的突出问题,应用Easy D40密度仪以乙醇-环己烷体系为新研究对象,对原方法进行微量化设计和改进,减少了试剂用量、提高了实验结果的准确度;同时融合互溶双液系相图实验和乙醇-环己烷废液回收实验,对混合废液进行回收、纯化。本实验的设计有力推动了实验室的绿色化建设发展和资源化改革,并进一步帮助学生树立绿色化学的观念,提升综合实验技能。In order to solve the problems of large amount of waste liquid and poor reproducibility in the physical chemistry experiment-“Determination of Dipole Moment”,the Ethanol-cyclohexane system was used as a new research object by using Easy-D40 density instrument.The original method was designed and improved by microscale design,which reduced the amount of reagent and improved the accuracy of the experimental result.At the same time,the mixed waste liquid was recovered and purified by combining the phase diagram experiment of mutually soluble two-liquid system and the recovery experiment of ethanol-cyclohexane waste liquid.The design of this experiment promotes the development of green construction and resource reform of the laboratory,and further helps students to establish the concept of green chemistry and enhance the comprehensive experimental skills.
