摘  要:以N-甲基苯胺、二硫化碳和氢氧化钠为原料合成重金属捕集剂N-苯基-N-甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠,用于处理含单一重金属离子Pb^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)废水及含三种离子混合的废水。考察了pH值、捕集剂用量、反应时间、含重金属废水初始浓度等因素对含单一重金属废水处理效果的影响,结果表明,N-苯基-N-甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠对Pb^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)均有较好的捕集效果,体系的pH值分别是6,7,8,反应时间为15 min,对于浓度为50 mg/L的含重金属废水,当捕集剂用量与废水量的比为1∶5,1∶4,1∶4.5时,重金属离子的去除率分别达到99.4%,97.5%,99.3%。捕集剂用于处理含多种重金属离子废水时,重金属离子的去除有先后顺序,捕集剂用量增加到一定程度,废水能得到较好的处理,处理后的废水中重金属浓度达到排放标准。A heavy metal capturing agent of N-phenyl-N-methyl dithiocarbamate sodium was synthesized by Using N-methylaniline,carbon disulfide and sodium hydroxide.The heavy metal ions Pb^(2+),Zn^(2+),Cd^(2+)in the single system and containing mixed three kinds of ions in wastewater were treated by the heavy metal capturing agent.The influencing factors for treatment effect of pH,amount of trapping agent,reaction time,initial concentration of wastewater containing single heavy metal ions were investigated.The results showed that N-phenyl-N-methyl dithiocarbamate sodium had good trapping effect on Pb^(2+),Zn^(2+)and Cd^(2+),the removal rate of heavy metal ions were reached 99.4%,97.5%and 99.3%respectively,when the pH value of the system was 6,7 and 8,the reaction time was about 15 min,the mass ratio of the amount of capture agent to the wastewater volume which containing heavy metal ions with the concentration of 50 mg/L were about 1∶5,1∶4 and 1∶4.5.Using the trapping agent to treat the wastewater containing a variety of heavy metal ions,the removal of heavy metal ions has a sequence,when the amount of collector was increased to a certain extent,the wastewater can be better treated,the concentration of heavy metals in the treated wastewater reaches the discharge standard.
