摘　　要：通过研究油田开采过程中遇到的试油落地油与油罐油泥处理难问题,设计了一套油泥处理工艺,其主要由卧式螺旋分离装置与螺旋式推进压榨装置组成,文中介绍了两者工作原理以及工作流程。该工艺很好地解决油罐油泥与落地油处理难问题,经处理的油泥体积可浓缩至原体积的5%~10%,节约油泥处理成本的同时达到环境保护的目的,提高了油田经济效益。In this paper,by researching the difficult problems in the process of oil testing and sludge treatment in oil tanks,a set of sludge treatment process is designed,which is mainly composed of a horizontal screw separation device and a screw-type propulsion pressing device.Two derices are introduced in the article.The working principle and working process of this process can solve the difficult problem of oil tank sludge and floor oil.The volume of the treated sludge can be concentrated to 5%~10%of the original volume,which saves the cost of sludge treatment and achieves environmental protection.The purpose is to improve the economic benefits of the oil field.
