摘　　要：组织体系是新时代乡村治理体系的关键环节。建设"一核多元"的新时代乡村治理组织体系,既是习近平对新时代乡村治理组织体系建设探索的一个新创举,又是新时代乡村治理组织体系自身的演进逻辑;既是中国共产党对新时代乡村治理组织体系建设的经验总结,又是中国共产党对新时代乡村治理组织体系建设的实践回应。从实践上看,新时代乡村治理组织体系仍然存在结构上的"碎片化"、内部关系上的"紊乱化"、功能上的"梗阻化"等困境。因此,要建设"一核多元"的新时代乡村治理组织体系,就必须坚持"三个注重":一是注重优化新时代乡村治理组织体系的基本结构,走出结构"碎片化"困境;二是注重理顺新时代乡村治理组织体系的内部关系,走出关系"紊乱化"困境;三是注重整合新时代乡村治理组织体系的基本功能,走出功能"梗阻化"困境。As the main body of promotion, organizational system is the key link of rural governance system in the new era. The construction of "one core and multiple" rural governance organization system in the new era is not only a new initiative explored by Xi Jinping on the construction of rural governance organization system in the new era, but also the evolution logic of the rural governance organization system itself, as well as the experience summary of the Communist Party of China on the construction of rural governance organization system in the new era. It is also the CPC’s response to the construction of rural governance organization system in the new era. From the perspective of practical dilemma, the rural governance organization system in the new era still has the dilemma of "fragmentation" in structure, "disorder"in internal relations and "obstruction" in function. Therefore, in order to build a "multi-core" rural governance organization system in the new era, we must adhere to the "three focuses" : pay attention to optimizing the basic structure of the rural governance organization system in the new era, and get out of the structural "fragmentation" dilemma;pay attention to straighten out the internal relations of the rural governance organization system in the new era and get out of the dilemma of "disordered" relations;pay attention to the integration of the basic functions of the rural governance organization system in the new era, and get out of the dilemma of "obstructed" functions.
