摘 要:萝卜胞质类型鉴定是杂种优势利用的前提。以NWB/DCGMS CMS及Ogura CMS两个萝卜细胞质雄性不育特异基因设计引物,对3份黑萝卜材料进行胞质类型鉴定。结果表明,3份可育黑萝卜资源均含有NWB/DCGMS CMS不育主控基因orf463,利用3份黑萝卜为母本与其他萝卜构建的F2代遗传群体表现出育性分离现象,根据育性分离比发现黑萝卜R3、R4含2对恢复基因,黑萝卜R5含3对恢复基因。同时,利用黑萝卜含有NWB/DCGMS CMS线粒体不育主控基因及细胞核恢复基因的特性,进行了不育系及恢复系的创制选育,为萝卜NWB/DCGMS CMS杂交品种的选育利用提供了技术支撑。The identification of radish cytoplasm is the prerequisite for the utilization of heterosis.We used NWB/DCGMS and Ogura CMS gene specific primers to identify the cytoplasm types of three black radish lines.The result showed that all three fertile black radishes had NWB/DCGMS CMS major gene orf463.The segregation of F2’s using the three black radishes as female parents and other radish as male parents suggest that black radish R3,R4 carried 2 pairs of restorer genes,and black radish R5 carried 3 pairs of restorer genes.Taking advantage of black radish having both NWB/DCGMS CMS mitochondrial sterility gene and nuclear restorer gene,we carried out the breeding of sterile lines and restorer lines to provide resources for breeding and utilization of NWB/DCGMS CMS hybrids.
