摘 要:环氧富锌涂料因其优异的防腐性能在钢结构防腐中得到了广泛应用,但是其锌含量过高给环境带来危害。因此,本文利用自制改性的石墨烯浆料,将其加入环氧富锌涂料中替代锌粉,降低锌粉含量,制备低锌含量的石墨烯改性环氧防腐涂料。对制备的涂料进行了扫描电镜(SEM)、电化学、耐盐雾、耐冲击和附着力等测试,并对其防腐机理进行简单分析。实验结果表明:石墨烯的添加量为0.5%时,制备的涂料耐盐雾性能达到2000h、耐冲击性能为50cm、附着力为16.73MPa,综合性能最优。Epoxy zinc rich coating has been widely used in steel structure anti-corrosion because of its excellent anticorrosion performance,but its high zinc content brings harm to the environment.Therefore,in this paper,the self-made modified graphene slurry was added to epoxy zinc rich coating to replace zinc powder,reduce zinc content,and prepare graphene modified epoxy anti-corrosion coating with low zinc content.The prepared coating was tested by scanning electron microscope(SEM),electrochemistry,salt spray resistance,impact resistance and adhesion,and its anti-corrosion mechanism was simply analyzed.The experimental results show that when the content of graphene is 0.5%,the comprehensive performance of the coating is the best,with salt spray resistance of 2000h,impact resistance of 50cm and adhesion of 16.73Mpa.
