摘 要:生化需氧量是用来表明污水有机污染的综合指标之一,并且常用来评价水处理构筑物效率,该指标反映污水中有机物在氧化分解时所耗用的氧量。目前,广泛采用水质五日生化需氧量的测定(BOD_(5))稀释与接种法和微生物传感器(BOD)快速测定这两种检测方法。BOD快速测定仪测定历时短,设备简单易于操作。尽管BOD_(5)作为评价有机污染和生物处理构筑物性能的综合指标已被广泛采用,但是它测定所需历时长,不能及时迅速地反映生物处理构筑物的运行情况,测定条件要求严格,且易受到水中毒物、营养条件以及菌种的干扰,不易操作分析。因此找到BOD快速与BOD_(5)两种方法的优势并加以整合,对于快速了解各类污水的特性,从而采取有效的分析方法具有很现实的意义。本文基于对北京市顺义区大量工业废水、城市污水以及地表水的实验测定,并通过调查、收集材料与分析总结,对BOD快速与BOD_(5)的优劣势进行了比较系统的分析,通过对比可以根据工作需要选择更加高效的分析方法,以便快速掌握某一水域水质污染状况。Biochemical oxygen demand is one of the comprehensive indicators used to indicate the organic pollution of sewage,and it is often used to evaluate the efficiency of water treatment structures.This indicator reflects the amount of oxygen consumed by organic matter in the sewage during oxidation and decomposition.At present,the two detection methods of water quality five-day biochemical oxygen demand(BOD_(5))dilution and inoculation method and microbial sensor(BOD)rapid determination are widely used.The BOD rapid measuring instrument has a short measuring time,and the measuring equipment is simple and easy to operate.Although BOD_(5) has been widely used as a comprehensive indicator for evaluating the performance of organic pollution and biological treatment structures,it takes a long time to measure and cannot reflect the operation of biological treatment structures in a timely and rapid manner.The measurement conditions are strict and it is susceptible to water poisons.Nutritional conditions and the interference of bacterial species,so it is not easy to operate and analyze.Therefore,the advantages of BOD rapid determination and BOD_(5) can be found and integrated,which is of practical significance for quickly understanding the characteristics of various types of sewage and adopting effective analysis methods.Based on the experimental measurement of a large number of industrial wastewater,urban sewage and surface water in Shunyi District,Beijing,and through investigation,collection of materials and analysis and summary,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of BOD rapid determination and BOD_(5).Work needs to choose more efficient analysis methods in order to quickly grasp the water pollution status of a certain water area.
