摘 要:姬塬油田延长组长8油藏是鄂尔多斯盆地重点开发区块之一,注水开发是实现该类油藏高产稳产的主要手段。受储层物性及注入水水质等因素影响,该区块出现注水压力逐年上升、欠注井数日益增加、欠注程度不断深化的问题。为了改善酸化增注效果、缩短作业周期、满足姬塬油田注水井开发作业需求,研制出了一套在线酸化增注工作液体系,在室内对在线酸液性能进行评价实验。结果表明:相较于常规土酸,在线酸化增注工作液体系在配伍性、缓速性、多价金属离子螯合总量、岩心伤害率等核心指标上有更好的表现,能更好地满足区域注水井降压增注要求。现场试验结果表明,该酸液体系应用于姬塬油田长8段Y47-44井后,油压下降6.2 MPa,套压下降5.3 MPa,日注水量增加19 m^(3),取得了较好的降压增注效果,具有广阔的应用前景。The Chang 8 reservoir of Yanchang Formation in Jiyuan Oilfield is one of the key development blocks in the Ordos Basin.Water injection development is one of the main means to achieve high and stable production of this type of reservoir.It is affected by factors such as reservoir physical properties and injected water quality.The water injection pressure of the block is increasing year by year,the number of under-injection wells is increasing,and the degree of under-injection continues to deepen.In order to improve the effect of acidification and increase injection,shorten the operation period,and meet the needs of the development and operation of water injection wells in Jiyuan Oilfield,a set of online acidification and injection enhancement working fluid system has been developed.The indoor acid performance evaluation process shows that compared with the conventional soil acid,the online acidification augmentation working fluid system has better core indicators such as compatibility,retardation,total polyvalent metal ion chelation,and core damage rate.The performance can better meet the target requirements of water injection wells for pressure reduction and injection increase.Field test results showed that after the acid system was applied to Well Y47-44 of Chang 8 Section in Jiyuan Oilfield,the oil pressure dropped by 6.2 MPa,the casing pressure dropped by 5.3 MPa,and the daily water injection volume increased by 19 m^(3),achieving a good pressure reduction and increase.Note effect,has broad application prospects.
