催化裂化分馏塔汽柴油重叠原因分析

摘　　要：以1.4 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置为例,针对分馏系统出现的粗汽油干点超标,汽柴油重叠现象进行了分析和处理。通过调整分馏塔取热负荷,降低分馏塔顶温,压中段温度等措施,汽柴油重叠现象无改善;通过投塔顶冷回流,提高油气分压后,再提塔顶温度防止塔顶结盐等措施,粗汽油干点得到控制,而柴油初馏点偏低说明汽柴油重叠问题未本质解决;通过切出顶循环油-柴油换热器,对顶循环油切出前后做馏程分析等措施,切出后粗汽干点正常,柴油初馏点明显提升,汽柴油切割良好,最终判定柴油-顶循环油换热器泄漏。Taking the 1.4 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit as an example,the phenomenon of excessive dry point of crude gasoline and overlapping of gasoline and diesel oil in the fractionation system was analyzed and treated.By reducing the top temperature and middle temperature of fractionator,the overlap of gasoline and diesel has not been improved.The dry point of crude gasoline can be controlled,while the initial boiling point of diesel oil is low,which indicates that the overlapping problem of gasoline and diesel oil has not been essentially solved.By cutting out the heat exchanger of top circulating oil-diesel oil and analyzing the distillation range before and after cutting out the top circulating oil,the dry point of crude steam is normal after cutting out,the initial boiling point of diesel oil is obviously increased,and the cutting of gasoline and diesel oil is good.Finally,the leakage of the heat exchanger of top circulating oil-diesel oil is determined.
