摘 要:磷矿废水处理自动控制系统是通过投加药剂的形式降解矿井废水中的磷化物含量,使废水中总磷及SS含量达到排放标准。针对磷矿废水除磷工艺的非线性、时变性等特点,提出将模糊控制技术与西门子PLC控制系统相结合的应用研究方法,建立1套适合磷矿废水除磷的自动控制系统。通过对以往数据、经验分析,设定隶属函数及模糊规则;通过仿真分析得出模糊控制技术的应用达到了废水处理自动控制系统对高效处理废水的要求;通过现场试验得出控制系统具备良好的稳定性并可实现对除磷药剂的高效利用。研究结果表明,将模糊控制技术应用到磷矿废水除磷控制系统中实现了稳定、精准、高效处理废水。Automatic control system for phosphate mine wastewater treatment is to degrade the phosphate content in mine wastewater by dosing chemicals,so that the concentration of total phosphorus and SS in wastewater can meet the discharge standard.Aiming at the non-linear and time-varying characteristics of phosphorus mine wastewater removal process,an application research method combining fuzzy control technology with Siemens PLC control system was proposed,and an automatic control system suitable for phosphorus mine wastewater removal was established.Through the analysis of past data and experience,the membership function and fuzzy rules were set.Through simulation analysis,it was concluded that the application of fuzzy control technology meets the requirements of automatic wastewater treatment control system for efficient wastewater treatment.Field test showed that the control system had good stability and efficient utilization of phosphorus removal agents.The research results showed that the application of fuzzy control technology to phosphorus mine wastewater phosphorus removal control system achieved stable,accurate and efficient wastewater treatment.
