摘 要:工业园区产生的废水通常需要在生化处理后接深度处理过程使之达标排放。随着排放标准中对COD_(Cr)排放限值要求的升高,已有深度处理设施往往需要提标升级改造。本研究将Fenton和臭氧两种深度处理方法进行组合,探究Fenton-臭氧及臭氧-Fenton组合工艺对某工业园区污水处理厂生化出水的COD_(Cr)降解效果。发现FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O、H_(2)O_(2)、臭氧的最优投加量分别为200、200、45 mg/L,Fenton-臭氧组合工艺能将生化出水的COD_(Cr)质量浓度从150.00 mg/L降至40.00~50.00 mg/L,满足GB 18918—2002一级A排放标准,优于臭氧-Fenton组合工艺的50.00~60.00 mg/L,且出水可生化性升高。Fenton-臭氧组合工艺下废水的运行成本为1.09元/t,处理工业园区生化出水的环境效应显著,有规模化应用的潜力。Wastewater produced in industrial parks is usually necessary to add an advanced treatment process after biochemical treatment to make it meet discharge standards.With the increasing requirements of COD_(Cr)in emission standards,existing advanced treatment facilities often need to be upgraded.In this study,two advanced oxidation methods,Fenton and ozone,were combined to explore the COD_(Cr)degradation effect of Fenton-ozone and ozone-Fenton combined processes on the biochemical effluent of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in an industrial park.It was found that the optimal dosages of FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O,H_(2)O_(2),and ozone were 200,200,45 mg/L,respectively.Fenton-ozone combined process could reduce the COD_(Cr)of biochemical effluent from 150.00 mg/L to 40.00~50.00 mg/L,which meets the GB 18918—2002 glass A criteria,it was better than the 50.00~60.00 mg/L of ozone-Fenton combined process,and the biodegradability of effluent was increased.The cost of Fenton-ozone combined process was 1.09 yuan/t.The environmental effect of this process treating biochemical effluent in industrial park was significant,and it had the potential for large-scale application.
