摘  要:维持进气过滤系统的正常工作对于保障燃气轮机机组运行效益具有重要意义。首先建立了燃气轮机进气过滤系统维修经济效益分析模型,将总维修成本分解为初始成本、停机成本与性能下降成本3部分;其次,基于模型提出过滤器更换与压气机水洗维修周期的优化方式;最后,探究了进气过滤系统异常退化条件下维修策略的调整方式。研究结果表明,结合进气过滤系统的退化状态评估并相应调整维修周期,可明显改善燃气轮机运行经济效益。Maintaining the normal operation of inlet filtration system is of great significance to ensure the operation efficiency of gas turbine unit.The maintenance economic benefit analysis model of gas turbine inlet filtration system was established,and the total maintenance cost was divided into three parts,i.e.,initial cost,shutdown cost and performance degradation cost.Secondly,based on the model,the optimization methods of filter replacement and compressor washing maintenance cycle were proposed.Finally,the adjustment mode of maintenance strategy under the condition of abnormal degradation of inlet filtration system was explored.The results show that the economic benefits of gas turbine operation can be significantly improved by combining the degradation state evaluation of inlet filtration system and adjusting the maintenance cycle accordingly.
