开产体重对苏禽3号L系产蛋性能·蛋品质及血清生殖激素水平的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究开产体重对优质肉鸡苏禽3号L系产蛋性能、蛋品质及血清生殖激素水平的影响。[方法]试验选择20周龄优质肉鸡苏禽3号L系群体600只,按体重分为小体重组(体重1200~1550 g)、中体重组(体重1551~1850 g)、大体重组(体重1851~2200 g)。统计每组开产蛋重、开产日龄和开产体重,并在30周龄时测定蛋品质。采集翅静脉血清,测定相关生殖激素含量。[结果]随着开产体重的增大,开产日龄呈增大趋势。开产体重与开产蛋重存在正相关。随着开产体重的增大,开产蛋重呈增加趋势,而蛋壳颜色、蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳重量、蛋黄比例、蛋壳比例、蛋黄颜色、蛋白高度和哈氏单位等指标没有显著变化(P>0.05)。由于蛋重的增加,蛋黄重明显增加。随着开产体重的增加,苏禽3号L系血清中促卵泡素(FSH)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)和雌二醇(E2)含量均明显升高,各组促黄体素(LH)变化不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]开产体重显著影响苏禽3号L系的产蛋性能,但其对蛋品质的影响不大。随着开产体重的提高,血清中生殖激素水平也随之升高,而该试验中体重组(体重1551~1850 g)个体最符合育种目标。[Objective]To study the effects of body weight at the first birth on the laying performance,egg quality and serum reproductive hormone level of Suqin No.3 chicken L line broiler.[Method]600 chicken(Suqin No.3 chicken L line)at 20 week-age were selected and divided into three groups according to body weight:small body weight(1200-1550 g)group,medium body weight(1551-1850 g)group and large body weight(1851-2200 g).The egg weight at the first birth,laying day-age at the first birth,and body weight at the first birth of chicken in each group were counted,and the egg quality was measured at 30 week-age.Wing vein serum was collected,and the content of reproductive hormones was determined.[Result]The laying day-age at the first birth increased with the increase of the body weight at the first birth.There was a positive correlation between the egg weight at the first birth and body weight at the first birth.With the increase of body weight at the first birth,the egg weight at the first birth showed an increasing trend,but the eggshell color,egg shape index,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,eggshell weight,yolk ratio,eggshell ratio,yolk color,albumen height and Haugh unit had no significant changes(P>0.05).As the egg weight increased,the yolk weight obviously increased.With the increase of body weight at the first birth,the contents of FSH,GnRH and E2 in the serum of Suqin No.3 chicken L line obviously increased,but LH level in each group had no significant difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The laying performance of Suqin No.3 chicken L line was significantly affected by the body weight at the first birth,but the egg quality was little affected.With the increase of body weight at the first birth,the reproductive hormone level in the serum increased significantly.In this experiment,the individuals in medium body weight(1551-1850 g)group could meet the breeding objectives.
