烟台市乡村旅游基地发展现状及对策研究——以马家沟村为例

摘　　要：以烟台市蓬莱市刘家沟镇马家沟村为研究对象,构建调查问卷进行实地调查并进行分析,运用IPA分析法得出目前马家沟村需要继续保持的项目包括自然景观和生态环境,以及游客目的地农村居民的热情程度;需要继续发展的项目包括当地居民的服务态度及住宿设施条件;需要适度调整的项目包括基本公共设施建设、乡村卫生的整治、乡村文化的展示、当地土特产的特色;需要重点改善的项目包括当地的交通设施、建筑的规划情况等。马家沟村可以通过大力发展相关基础设施建设、打造特色景观筑造品牌、强化文化体验氛围等措施,来提高游客的满意度和期望度,从而促进烟台市乡村旅游可持续发展。This article taking Majiagou Village,Liujiagou Town,Penglai City,Yantai City as research object,constructing questionnaires for field investigation and analysis,the IPA analysis method is used to conclude that the current projects in Majiagou Village include natural landscape and ecological environment,and the enthusiasm of the rural residents for tourist purposes,projects to continue development include the service attitude and conditions of accommodation facilities,projects requiring moderate adjustment include the construction of basic public facilities,renovation of rural health,display of rural culture and characteristics of local specialties,projects requiring key improvement include local transportation facilities,building planning,etc.Majiagou Village can vigorously develop relevant infrastructure construction,build characteristic landscape brand,strengthen the cultural experience atmosphere and other measures,to increase visitor satisfaction and expectations,thus to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in Yantai City.
